These days, micro-weddings are becoming all the rage. Well, it’s born out of necessity more than anything due to COVID restrictions, but there’s still something to be said for a smaller and more intimate wedding even during normal times. Plus, having a smaller wedding let’s you spend your budget differently to make that small wedding look top notch! Today we’re bringing you some micro wedding inspiration from one of our own White Wren Collaborative members.
from the photographer, Heather Anderson: “We created this micro wedding shoot during covid to showcase what a micro wedding is and how we can create that for our couples! A microwedding, is typically a wedding with a guest list of 50 guest or less. Often immediate family and your closest friends. Though the guest count is small for a microwedding differs from a minimony. And, it isn’t an elopement. Think of a microwedding as a cross between an elopement and a big, traditional wedding!! If your on the fence about eloping because you want more of your family and friends to attend or the idea of a more traditional venue is appealing to you then a Micro Wedding might be just the right fit. It can be the perfect compromise to suit your style.”
