“This summer wedding inspirational shoot with a real couple was planned to draw on the beauty of the french-inspired venue, Monet Vineyards, akin to some of the beautiful masterpieces of Monet’s paintings! Central to this styled wedding was the beautiful estate and it’s summer details, from the maturing vineyards and blooming lavender to the natural ivy adorning its white walls.
We wanted to add warm summer florals to accentuate the venue’s natural elements so the ever-so-talented Kelli of Country Bouquets did just that with a radiant bouquet full of summer hues including mauve and rose tones, crisp whites, sagely greens, and petit grape clusters nestled in the groom’s boutonnière. The incredibly beautiful hand-painted invitation crafted by Krisanna Elizabeth aligned with the vision of natural beauty with summer touches and her watercolor addition drew upon inspiration from the grand painter himself. More natural elements were included in the summery al fresco dining scene with French macarons and ladyfingers, flecks of golden summer light added to ripe locally grown pears and a tiered cake adorning celestial cherubs and ivy.
For a simple, yet, elegant wedding gown that would enhance the natural beauty of the estate, the bride wore a stunner by Alexandra Grecco from The Dress Theory that included feminine-romantic details and was accompanied by a flowing veil from Annie Ekstrom Bridal. The groom donned a classic dark tuxedo from Alicia’s Bridal. The efforts of the talented team that collaborated to execute this shoot — including direction and mentoring provided by the gifted Amanda K Photo Art — was phenomenal and I couldn’t have been more thrilled to work with such a genuine group of friends and artists!”
