A word from Ashley Rae Photography:
“The shoot was set in the beautifully lush and striking atmosphere of Omni Resort in Scottsdale Arizona. This unique location is nestled in the center of the Arizona desert, as a perfect time machine to the south the exotic locale of Spain’s Andalusia region. Overgrown lush walkways, large wooden doors set the theme for this fine art setting in mind.
Florals were organically wild with split toned soft ivory florals with deep plum, lilac, and wine colored rich blooms. Two-toned organic and luxe to look, these yet delicate florals were one for the heart. For the intimate ceremony setting, one of my favorite components was the black oval chairs paired beautifully with a bulky wooden sweetheart table with delicately draped linen for a soft balance amongst the colorful and textured floral centerpiece. Perfect for the Spanish color and old world tradition and romantic setting.
The cake was a simplistic two tier ivory cake designed with a delicate linen drape, greenery, and vintage gold mirror cake stand. Pulling in all the natural elements together.
The bride was angelic. Wearing a Carol Hannah free-flowing gown, with natural and minimal makeup. Really giving the opportunity to be a subtle natural beauty in the setting of lush green archways and backdrops. The groom was sharp and traditional tux that paired beautifully with the bride.”
