I love a couple who’s willing to get out in nature for the sake of photographic loveliness! These simply stunning images are a beautiful combination of wooded bliss and romantic lakeside—and did I mention the adorable dog? Reina & Adam trekked through the woods for a charming engagement session with Tracy Burch and the result is a sweet, organic portrait of a couple deeply in love.

“This sweet couple is getting married in the blue grass state, but reside in Nashville, TN. They wanted something quaint, woodsy & romantic, so we had to dig deep. We found this hidden gem in Hendersonville, right outside of Nashville. This location was a perfect woodsy scene, opening up to a tranquil lakeside. Reina & Adam braved the March ice cold water and got in knee deep for some extra romantic shots. I’m so excited for their wedding day, I know now that we will get some super romantic shots no matter where!”
From Reina:
“Adam and I met when I was a freshman in college, and he was a senior in high school. We hit it off immediately. However, since I was more into the college experience than dating a younger guy that was four hours away, and still in high school (sorry, Adam), we fizzled out quickly. We both went on to date other people. Three years later, Adam reached back out to me, and we decided to meet up again. He still says he knew that day that I was the one. I guess you can say the rest is history!”
What part of your wedding day was/is most important to you?
“We have decided to have dinner alone before we head into the reception. We’re excited to spend those first few moments of being husband and wife as just the two of us before we head in to celebrate with all of our family and friends!”
