There is a profound grace to timelessness that can scarcely be replicated—the idea that certain beauty transcends generations, that it speaks in tongues that cannot be ignored, or else walks with a weight far greater than the gravity of time. Our next bridal inspiration is timelessness made manifest: a sweeping testament to introspective light, its styling by Kim Morgan a breathless union of age and beauty. I have such fathomless affection for it, I cannot describe!
From the stylist, Kim Morgan:
“This corner of light is inspired by the gentle trickling of thoughts in the final quiet calming moments with oneself. The warm soft internal glow prior to immersing her being into a new life chapter. Revisiting and nurturing the times of passage held closest to her heart. Her thoughts of delicate contemplation, meandering through times o so exquisite, the precious existence of one in gentle grace and purity.
The sweet essence of her youthful being soon to blend to a different rhythm. The silent hesitation that wanders by, simmering in anticipation, in embrace. A ritual in readiness towards the pairing of souls. Tender sweet support gathers around her as she steps from the nestled thoughts of her intimate self seclusion.
The florals are embodied in a vase of antiquity years to distil the beauty of times gone by. With a palette choice of soft mellow hues that epitomises the smouldering thoughts of joyful times and a wandering loose meandering style to purvey the gentle free spirit of this moment.
The grains of time that etches away as it trickles around us is echoed in the soft smudged edges of the delicate hand crafted suite. With a delicate flow of scripture, the paper rests gently against a surface diminished of time, distilled in muted thoughts, organic in nature.”
From Georgina Harrison Photography:
“I adored shooting this concept and feel that the multi exposure embodies what we were trying to achieve with that dream like state. The wonderful authenticity and depth film offers really did bring the story to fruition perfectly. Its often about seeing the smallest of of details and this tiny corner of Scampstons vast house really was perfect with its peeling walls and gentle light.”
