Rachel and Forrest’s session in downtown Charleston was nothing short of sweetness! With their moped and sweet photos set against the pastel backdrop of Charleston, how can you go wrong?
From the photographer: When we started discussing Rachel & Forrest’s upcoming engagement session they knew film was important to them and being downtown (in Charleston). When we suggested doing sunrise, we was beyond excited when they were more than happy to get up early for quieter streets and dreamy lighting! They arrived with their black moped, a bundle of sunflowers, film camera and pennies in Forrest’s penny loafers! I got even more excited to play with these little (but really big) details! In between shots Forrest was snapping some early morning sunrise film photos of his own, which I loved! So I had him hold his camera in a few shots and they turned out to be some of my favorite from this shoot! Rachael and Forrest were so giggly together – Tim and I absolutely loved photographing them! I shot majority of this sunrise session with my Contax film camera while Tim shot our digital. It’s always fun being a husband/wife photography team and working with awesome couples like Forrest & Rachael.
