A handsome little boy & beautiful baby girl are captured so wonderfully with their adoring parents, newborn sessions are such a sentimental way to welcome little ones into the world by documenting their first few weeks of life. Also creating irreplaceable memories that will be held dearly & reflected upon in all the years to come!
I’m in my 10th year of being a Photographer, and newborn sessions are still just as exciting as the 1st year. Add twins into the mix, and I am elated. I only get the opportunity to photograph 1-3 sets of newborn twins per year, so it’s extra special when it happens. This beautiful family had me swooning. So many perfect details preserved into a time capsule in this gallery and in their fine art prints. The newborn stage is a funny thing. It feels so fast and so slow all in one. And fast forward 3, 5, 10 years, this little piece of time becomes so hazy in our mind. I couldn’t ask for a sweeter moment to document.
Mom and Dad would probably say that the session felt chaotic, that the babies would take turns crying, would need feeding at different times, and kept spitting up. But as an outsider looking in, it was perfect, and I will only remember all the good. -Shannon Drawbaugh
