Light & Bright Couples Lifestyle Session

Light & Bright Couples Lifestyle Session

Today we are sharing a fun and bright couples lifestyle session that took place inside of a studio full of light! Kristi and Trent went for two looks, one sophisticated and one casual which created variety within the studio. You’ll see many smiles and images of laughter which shows just how much of a good time the couple had. These moments were captured beautifully and will be cherished in all the years to come!

How did you two meet? What were your first impressions of one another? In middle school, Kristi was on Trent’s older sister’s volleyball team. Trent thought she was beautiful and Kristi thought Trent was a goofy younger brother.

I remember you had an original wedding plan but then had to change to a smaller ceremony because of Covid. Was there anything special or positive that came out of the change of plans? – Kayla Tuckerman

Kristi + Trent – Yes, it was so positive in so many ways. Once we found out we could no longer host the original wedding, our wedding party started coordinating new places for us to stay, and Kristi’s parent’s neighbors started offering their homes to host the rehearsal dinner and reception. The vendors for the wedding were also very accommodating with all the last minute changes. We ended up having the ceremony at a small outdoor venue near Kristi’s neighborhood and the reception at her neighbors house with our immediate family and our wedding party. The best part was how simple, casual and intentional the day was. We got to just focus on the important things, like the commitment we were making to each other. At the end of the day that’s all that matters anyway! The worries of hosting the perfect event for tons of people went away and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of getting married.

What is your favorite thing about each other?
K: His unwavering patience.
T: Her confidence and adventurous spirit.

What is the most honest thing you can say about love? Looking back you’ll never regret going the extra mile for your spouse with your actions, words & time.

What is the best thing you’ve learned from one another?
K: Being selfless happens in the quiet moments when no one is watching.
T: How to challenge yourself and others to be their best self.
