from the photographer, Emily Kirsten Photography: “These demure and romantic bridals were inspired by soft natural light, raw emotion, and connection. This collaboration was brought together by more than vendors, but friends. With mimosas and delicious treats, this whole team came together for a fun filled morning of creativity and fun. Community over competition was the number one theme of these bridals. I wanted to create a day where everyone could relax, create art, and truly find happiness in their craft without the stress of day to day business. Whitney set the stage with soft and natural makeup, gentle braids caressed Kelcie’s neck and flowed around her head. Cortney, from the Bloom + Co., beautifully styled an organic and free flowing florals with cabbage, tulips, roses, and freesia. Amanda, of the Golden Aspen, carefully and thoughtfully placed every berry and detail in place. In a turn of events, our cake person was unable to come so my husband made our amazing cake! It was a labor of creativity and community but most importantly of love and friendship.”
