The coast of New England has a special magic about it—a windswept gray-blue portrait of fresh beauty. It’s unique hidden tranquility is beautifully captured in this next New Hampshire bridal session by Chelsea Q. White Photography!
From Chelsea Q. White Photography:
“I grew up on the quiet coastline of New Hampshire — which not many people know exist! — but don’t live there anymore. I’ve been dreaming of a seaside bridal editorial for months and found a small group of creatives who really joined in my vision.
I wanted to keep it simple: New England elegance with a sense of class, timelessness and a little bit of whimsy. The dove gray Truvelle dress was perfect against darker grays and the gorgeous blue water and sky. It rustled in the breeze and the long train really made for some dramatic captures. The subtle detailing on the bodice reminded me of shells and stones you might find walking along the waters edge.
Flower Kisosk created a perfect complementary bouquet to balance out all the blue and gray by infusing the greens with pink and peach. Shanleigh of August & Osceola‘s gorgeous ocean-inspired invitation suite was stunning and perfect, pulling in the deep blues of the ocean.
Hair and makeup artist June Chan of Love Notes by June did a two-part hair look for the beautiful model, Maria. Maria has a perfectly beachy look about her so we left it down for the first half of the shoot so the wind could gently rustle it. For the second half, June twisted it up and added the tiniest bit of sparkle for a totally different look altogether.”
