A Tropical-Infused Black Tie Celebration at Trump Golf Jupiter

Adriana and Matthew’s wedding was a breathtaking fusion of timeless elegance and tropical romance. Set against the refined backdrop of Trump National Golf Club Jupiter, their celebration balanced destination-inspired luxury with classic sophistication — mirrored accents reflecting candlelight, towering floral installations reaching toward the sky, and tables layered in soft glow and texture.

The design felt elevated yet vibrant, where grandeur met warmth. Dramatic florals created architectural moments throughout the space, while flickering candles and reflective surfaces amplified the atmosphere of romance. It was a setting that honored both refinement and joy — an environment built for celebration.

But beyond the beauty was meaning. Adriana and Matt’s love story began with a first date that felt like a reunion — lunch at Restoration Hardware in Charlotte, where conversation flowed so easily it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. From that moment on, they were never truly apart. Their wedding day reflected that same sense of belonging — intentional, layered, and deeply rooted in family.

Raised in different traditions — Adriana in a Catholic Latin family and Matt in a Jewish home — they wove both worlds into their celebration. The Hora honored Matt’s heritage, while the Hora Loca brought vibrant Colombian joy to the dance floor. One of the most powerful moments of the evening came when their children walked into the reception beside them — a symbol not just of marriage, but of two families choosing each other fully.

Married in the very place they were engaged, their wedding was more than a celebration. It was a return to where their story began — a reminder that love is built not just on proximity, but on commitment, intention, and friendship.

As Adriana so beautifully shared:
“Love is a home you find in someone’s presence.”

How did you two meet? What were your first impressions of one another?
We met online, and we’ve never really been apart since. Our first date was a lunch at Restoration Hardware in Charlotte, North Carolina. From that very first conversation, I knew Matt was my person. He is authentic, charismatic, and genuine. It didn’t feel like a first date — it felt like I had reunited with an old friend.

Describe a hurdle you had to overcome in your relationship or during your wedding planning.
Our biggest hurdle has been commuting back and forth for our children. Our girls attend different schools that are far away from each other, so life involves a lot of driving and even maintaining multiple homes. There are times when we cannot be together physically, but we’ve learned that love isn’t measured by proximity — it’s measured by commitment and intention.

Any special ways you incorporated your family or family history into your wedding day?
Family is incredibly important to us. I was raised Catholic in a Latin family, and Matt was raised Jewish, so we wanted our celebration to reflect both of our worlds. We included the Hora to honor Matt’s heritage, and of course the Hora Loca for our Colombian guests because joy, music, and family are central to who we are.

What part of your wedding day was/is most important to you?
One of the most meaningful moments of our celebration was when our children walked with us into the reception venue. That symbolized everything this marriage represents — two families choosing each other. It meant even more that we were married in the same place where we got engaged, a place that is filled with memories and time we’ve shared together.

What is your favorite thing about each other?
What I love most about us is that we are best friends first. We understand each other’s roles, we cheer each other on, and we genuinely enjoy the same things and each other’s company.

If you had one piece of advice for other couples, what would it be?
Don’t take your partner for granted. Thank each other for the small things, not just the big gestures.

What is the most honest thing you can say about love?
“Love is a home you find in someone’s presence.”
