A Paris Floral Bridal

A Paris Floral Bridal

A gorgeous splash of color set against the backdrop of a classic city – you’d never know this shoot was shot in the cold! The spring flowers feel came through well in this luscious tapestry of organic composition.

from the photographer:

Inspired by pastel hues with a touch of butterfly whimsey, this bridal editorial set in the Tuileries Gardens highlights the beauty of Paris in spring. Our color palette of pink, lavender and blue was largely inspired by Bella Belle Shoes’ famed Eve heels. The stiletto’s delicate chiffon butterflies were the perfect nod to one of springtime’s most prolific pollinators.

Fleurs de Muse crafted a lush bouquet of sweet peas, ranunculus, lilac and roses among other blooms in soft, feminine hues that tied in perfectly with the newly blooming Judas Trees found throughout the Tuileries Gardens. Her statement floral installation fit perfectly with the lush surroundings and provided a focal point that was both bold and delicate.

The gown from Dylan Parienty Paris was a classic bridal ivory with soft, off-the shoulder sleeves that added a touch of romanic to the classic silhouette. Embroidered with beaded florals and wing-shaped petals reminiscent of butterfly wingers, the dress was a perfect pair to our statement heels.

And while we often associate spring with warming temperatures and sunshine, the weather on the day of this shoot was the very opposite! Overcast skies and a temperature of 45° F did not provide the spring feeling we were hoping for. However, the magic of hiring committed and talented vendors is that they will see your vision through, even if there are obstacles or things that don’t go to plan. You’d never know our amazing model, Juliana, was shivering throughout the shoot or that everyone behind-the-scenes was wearing knee-length coats! Despite the chilly weather, this shoot still exudes the essence of springtime, and we left feeling absolutely inspired by and in love with how everything came together.
