There’s something about Aspen in late fall that invites a slower, more intentional kind of gathering—and this rehearsal dinner embraced that feeling fully. Set inside Caribou Club, the evening unfolded in layers of deep color, soft light, and tactile richness, creating a space that felt both intimate and transportive.
Designed with a palette of rich reds and warm neutrals, the setting was grounded in texture—velvet linens, romantic florals, and the soft glow of candlelight flickering across every surface. Antler chandeliers cast a golden warmth over the room, while slow pours of red wine and thoughtfully styled tablescapes encouraged guests to linger a little longer, to settle in, and to savor every moment.

Design & Atmosphere
The vision behind the evening was rooted in old-world romance with a modern editorial edge.
Layered florals in deep crimson tones by The Perfect Petal softened the space, while curated tabletop elements brought depth and dimension to each setting. The interplay of light and shadow created an almost cinematic quality—where every glance across the table felt like a moment suspended in time.
Touches like custom paper goods and collected tabletop pieces added to the sense of intentionality, giving the evening a feeling that was both elevated and deeply personal.

More than anything, this rehearsal dinner was about atmosphere.
It wasn’t rushed. It wasn’t overproduced. Instead, it felt like stepping into a private dinner party—one where conversation flowed as easily as the wine, and every detail quietly supported the experience rather than competing for attention.
