The great and wooded mountains of New York: the perfect scene for the days of bliss following a union as man and wife! When every crumb of cake has been consumed, the last song been played and danced, and each sparkler’s light has waned to dark, our brides and grooms begin the fine work of their forevers. It’s a time to steal away from the hum and din of wedding frenzy, and instead ease quietly into the truest happiness of life spent as one. Today, we take a wander into the hushed hours of a morning of young marriage, nestled in the wild and gentle embrace of the Catskills!
A word from photographer, Pam Kriangkum:
“This editorial follows a couple waking up the morning after their wedding day, slowly rising to begin their day together as a newly married couple. The mood of this editorial felt very relaxed and warm and is reflected in the choices of fabrics used as well as the husband heading into the forest to collect wood, and the wife looking serene and relaxed as she puts tea together. The scene closes with a moment of playfulness is seen as they relax into each other on the couch, intertwined and basking in the warmth of being newly married.”
