Today’s feature takes place in Southern California with such a beautiful outdoor ceremony & reception. The reception is especially my favorite with the cozy outdoor couch setup and blankets available for guest to keep comfy and warm throughout the afternoon. This couple brought in very intentional & handcrafted details to make their day unique to them in more ways than one. Pulling family & friends into the very heart of their wedding design makes it a much more intimate celebration that was touched by many. I hope you enjoy their beautiful wedding as much as we did!
A note from the photographer – “Austin and Nicole wanted their wedding to showcase not just the incredible love they have for one another but also the love they share with their friends and family. Nature and greenery were woven throughout the wedding seamlessly with an ever-present thread of family. Spanish Oaks Ranch helped make this concept a reality with a large outdoor space and grand fountain, as well as a wedding arch made from the boughs of two trees during the ceremony! Everything felt very handcrafted and deliberate, from the Cross built by the groom and bride’s father together, hand-drawn neon sign from the bride, the wine made with grapes from their family vineyard, to the desserts; all brought in from friends and family alike to share. It was a blessing to photograph and capture this intimate day, because days like this are truly built to be remembered just as beautifully as the day itself! This wedding is a fit for a Southern California bride because it is timeless in love and family and also showcases the uppermost part of Southern California, the rolling hills of the central coast, in the most magical way.”
