“This shoot was inspired by the charm and elegance of the Ashland Springs Hotel, one of the oldest and most well known buildings in Ashland, a small town in Southern Oregon. The florals were all local and seasonal, and the buttermilk cake with roasted rhubarb filling and bay leaf buttercream was made with as many local and organic ingredients as possible, including bay leaves straight from the baker’s garden.”
