Florida Marina Engagement

There’s something about being by the water that makes things so much more romantic! This engagement session was filled with whites, blues and stunning waterfront views. We are loving this couple’s classy and elegant style and the way that they incorporated something they love into their engagement session. Love is in the air for this engagement session and we can’t help but smile at these two ! Enjoy !

Front the couple: We were set up by my moms best friend. He says his first impression of me was that “Man, she’s beautiful but she is probably hiiiigh maintenance.”
My first impression of him was that he was sooo tall and handsome, and very genuine in how he listened to everything I had to say. (I talk a lot.. so that is saying something).

From the bride: My favorite thing about Alec is how humble he is. He also hates attention, and I love that about him. He says his favorite thing about me is the positive effect I have on other people.

From the Couple: Alec lived on a boat when we met. So I thought he was a bum. Little did I know he owned his own company and was/is a very successful guy. And was living on his boat because he wanted to. Shortly after we became serious, he started renting his own place… he knew the boat would not suffice for this high maintenance girl.

When asked “What is the best thing you’ve learned from one another?” The couples says:
Never go to bed mad – always say I love you and I’m sorry, because today is our only guarantee, no one is promised tomorrow.

From the Couple: Love is the most joy we will ever feel as humans, but what comes along with that is heartbreak. To love is to be vulnerable.

Some advice they would offer to other couples: Don’t sweat the little things – at the end of the day, you get to marry the love of your life, and thats all that matters.
