Inspired by ‘Sleeping Beauty’, this wedding inspiration comes to us from the almond orchards in California. Filled with delicate colors and florals, this dreamy shoot brings a whimsy and fantasy that makes a wedding feel truly like forever after!
from the photographer: “Our editorial in the almond blossom orchards all started with a love for all things Disney. The shoot design created by Fruitvale Designs was directly inspired by elements from Disney’s animated classic Sleeping Beauty. The shoot was intended to be dreamlike, playing upon the lyrics from the film. The color scheme of pink and blue directly ties into the scene where Sleeping Beauty’s dress changes from pink to blue. Delicate Florals by the Velvet Poppy really played on the theme with vintage blown glass bud vases and pink and blue cottage inspired roses. Another special feature of the shoot was the mini lounge curated by Fruitvale Designs which included a vintage 1950’s pair of “his and her” pink and blue chairs. Our vision came together so beautifully and we are thrilled with the results!”
