Oh, the loveliness! Words are hardly worthy for the exquisite grace of this ballet boudoir inspiration captured by Pam Kriangkum! An exploration of beauty, movement, and human form, it absolutely bursts with a gilded elegance that truly awakens the soul! Dance has long been a fruitful expression of lightness and being, an orchestral language in mute voice. It articulates the wordless and communicates with a ubiquitous vocabulary, and ballet—with its unfailing grace—makes such sweet music indeed!
From the photographer, Pam Kriangkum:
“With this shoot, I wanted to explore graceful movement and motion of the human form. The shoot was very stripped down and minimal which I found to help draw the viewer’s gaze straight to the lines and curve of the body. The addition of the cloth brings interplay between rigidity and femininity found within the poses and movement. I also found that because we had so much time to play around with this concept on the day of the shoot, the relaxed and calm approach we took really worked itself into the images.”
