from the photographer: “This classic, romantic styled shoot is an ode to the historic Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin. The beautiful hotel was basically sitting empty due to Covid and I really wanted to do something beautiful there! During the peak of Covid, so many of the downtown hotels were shut down and struggling. I really wanted to show them some love and dreamt up this portrait session with one of my couples. We embraced the vintage feel of the hotel by bringing in a classic car and romantic, timeless styling.”
