It’s no secret we have a soft spot for anniversaries: we believe with every piece of our little corner of the internet that love and marriage go far beyond the wedding day! In fact, Day 1 is precisely when you get stuck in, where you roll up some very determined sleeves and make good work of housing a single soul in two bodies. Marriage is work. Hard work. But it’s one of the greatest masterpieces you could ever find yourself a party to and if any milestone ought to be celebrated, it’s one you’ve fought fiercely to achieve.
Heather and Randon chose to take their next anniversary to a whole new level: a beautifully-crafted vow renewal inspiration to redeclare their love for one another — a day worth celebrating, a love worth fighting for!
A word from photographer Kaylea Moreno of K.R. Moreno:
“Heather and Randon wanted to pull out all of the stops for their romantic and intimate vow renewal. Over the afternoon they exchanged and reminded each other of the promises they had made while reliving the magic and emotion they experienced on their wedding day. It was such an intimate setting. I loved working so closely with them to capture and craft moments that resonated with who they are as a couple while expressing the soft and real sentiment of the day.”
From designer, Every Little Detail:
“The design concept was entirely curated around the ceremony piece. Once we knew the importance of a simple, yet romantic candlelit ceremony, the rest just fell into place. While the overall design aesthetics represent an old-world marriage, the rich textures and contrasting black that was incorporated, provided a modern impression. Since this was a renewal, it was significant to keep the design, simple, raw, and organic. We used the movements in the buildings architecture for pieces such as the stationery items and tablescape elements.”
