There’s so much around to inspire us every day. The way the wind moves through the trees. The way water flows over rocks. The color of flowers. The smell of grass and crunchy dead leaves. How perfect is an entire creation painted by a master artist? It’s been studied that your stress levels actually decrease significantly when you’re in nature, and it stands to reason that if nature is a stress reliever, it should be an inspiration to us as well.
Today we’re featuring an artist shoot photographed by one of our White Wren Collaborative members, Allie Case Photography, for Jordan Marshall Studio. Here’s what Allie says: “(Jordan) wanted images to reflect her updated brand work that has developed since she began her art. She specializes in oil and watercolor floral paintings, and her images express a free, reflective, peaceful, pausing, discovery and reflective moments that reflect her faith. She is inspired by vintage pieces that keep her creativity alive. We took photos from beginning to end that represent who she is as an artist and as an individual. Every location had meaning to Jordan, especially the river that she has long been inspired by that runs behind the property she grew up on.”
