A love story that unfolded with patience, warmth, and the light of the sea
Some sessions feel like fate waiting for the right moment to arrive — and for Anmol and Parm, that moment came on a February day along the Oregon Coast, after four reschedules due to unpredictable Pacific Northwest weather. When the skies finally cleared, the ocean stretched out beneath soft winter sun, and what followed was a celebration of love that felt quiet, cinematic, and completely meant to be.
Captured by The Cardinals, the session embodied everything their relationship stands for: warmth, kindness, and deep emotional connection. Every frame — from the windswept black-and-white film portraits to the soft Polaroids — feels suspended in time, echoing the couple’s genuine affection and joy.
Their story began with instant recognition — the kind that stays imprinted in memory. “When I first met Parm, I was immediately drawn to his smile,” Anmol recalls. “It was warm, inviting, full of light. Even now, just thinking about that moment melts me.” From their first date that stretched into the early morning hours to this golden coastal evening, theirs is a love defined by ease, laughter, and a kind of emotional gravity that feels both grounding and free.

“It cannot be forced or controlled — love finds you when you’re ready, even if you don’t realize it yet.”

How did you two meet?
When I first met Parm, I was immediately drawn to his smile. It was so warm, inviting, and full of light — I can still picture it clearly. Our first date was spontaneous and magical — we ate Mexican food and ended up binge-watching Silence of the Lambs and the Hannibal series until 5 a.m. because neither of us wanted the night to end. That evening, I realized I wanted him by my side through every scary, thrilling, and beautiful chapter of life. Parm says he remembers every detail from that first day — down to the color of my socks — because it felt like time stopped the moment he saw me.

What is the best thing you’ve learned from one another?
I’ve learned patience — to slow down and embrace the journey rather than rushing toward the finish line. Parm has taught me to stay grounded, to be confident in who I am, and to not let the world’s noise shape me. From me, he’s learned how to find joy in the small things and trust that everything will fall into place. We balance each other in all the best ways.
What’s your favorite thing about each other?
Anmol: His ability to make even the hardest things feel easy, and his hug that makes the world fade away.
Parm: She’s a breath of fresh air — she makes me feel complete.

If you had one piece of advice for other couples, what would it be?
Even when things feel hard, trust the process. It’s the climb you’ll remember, not just the destination. Support one another, listen deeply, and always choose each other — even on the hard days.
The most honest thing about love:
When it happens, it happens. Love can’t be forced; it arrives when you’re ready — raw, real, and transformative. True love is rare and grounding, the kind that allows you to be fully seen and still fully loved.
