Everything is bigger in Texas right? Unless it’s a small and intimate wedding that changed course due to the COVID pandemic. We are in love with how Michael and Diana changed their wedding day plans but still make it unique and special to them!
From the photographer, White Wren Collaborative member Xsperience Photography: This Texas wedding at Stonebridge Wedding Venue was totally worth the wait. We were suppose to celebrate in March, but Covid changed our plans. Luckily the venue and all the talented Texas wedding vendors were able to accommodate Michael and Diana’s dream wedding June 5th, 2020. Yes, the 95 degree summer temps were a bit different than March would have offered us, but I would take the heat over and over again to have a day like this to capture!!
Michael and Diana have been on a collision course since 2012 when Diana took a job at a small law office in Waco, TX. As Diana would answer phones and learn about the law from her boss, Michael would step in to visit his step-mother and file cases. The two of them orbited around each other for the next few years, becoming acquainted and slowly building a friendship. Soon, Michael and Diana both began their studies in law; and as they struggled with the increasing challenges of law school, they leaned on each other and supported one another. As the semesters passed, their friendship deepened and before either of them knew it, they had fallen in love.
Love brought them and their families to Stonebridge Wedding Venue in Blum Texas. Combine the 44 acres of rolling hills, flowering gardens, large majestic Oak Trees, jagged cliffs, gushing waterfalls, and lazy rivers with one of the nation’s best florist, Slow Darling, and magic happens!!!
