This ethereal editorial—produced by Kristen Ley Green of Published + Pretty and her mother—was born from the heart of Southern hospitality and a love for curating inspiration that blends timeless charm with fresh modernity. Set against the rustic-luxe backdrop of The Lodge at Old Mill, the shoot was equal parts creative workshop and living dream, offering attendees and collaborators a visual feast of layered textures, florals, and refined bridal details.
Designed by Ivy Marie Weddings, the florals stole the show—soft, romantic blooms in a palette of blush, mauve, and creamy neutrals draped across ceremony structures, tablescapes, and even cake accents. Alexis Lunsford, speaker and educator for the day, inspired with insight and artistry, while photographer Shanle Bowen captured the fine details with film-inspired beauty.
