A floral explosion wedding editorial that leaves you captivated while looking at the stunning design and execution of this event. A romantic garden vibe with a charming al fresco setting and creamy images to capture it all, perfect inspiration for a couple who loves an elevated look with a relaxed feel!
Inspiration: Inspired by seasonal florals and fruit, we looked to nature to be our guide for this editorial bridal shoot. The ripeness of the apricot accented by beautiful blues provided a pleasant contrast.
A word from the florist: “I typically use as much locally grown flowers and foliage as I can, and spring is the season where local blooms really start flourishing so I wanted to showcase the abundance of locally grown flowers here in Oregon.”
Venue: Settled between glorious Oregon trees and a creek is this quaint Leach Botanical Garden in Portland, Oregon. This venue provides an intimate space for those wishing for a garden party theme. The venue features Oregon’s natural beauty of a river below, incredible conifers above, and the manicured floral gardens on the grounds.
Styling: The bride’s gown provided by Charlotte’s Weddings is a Justin Alexander is a stunning satin a-line featuring 3D cut flowers. We loved the modern look of this gown with its hidden mint skirt and slit. Another unique feature to this look were handmade jewelry, which included botanical elements. -Megan Thompson of Photography Avec Meg
