Today we’re sharing a fun boudoir showing that not all bridal boudoir has to have a veil and white lingerie .. it can be casual at times and represent what you love to feel good in!
from the photographer: “This bridal boudoir shoot was designed to represent the bubbly and confident brides that are nearing their big day! These shoots are often done as a gift to the groom but most brides that have done them feel as though it was more of a gift to themselves! These shoots are nothing but a confidence boost with the right photographer no matter a woman’s shape, size, or experience in front of the camera!
Boudoir sessions are growing very popular as women are learning to love their bodies the way they are! Many of the boudoir sessions that I have been seeing have been a much more moody and sultry vibe so as the photographer and designer of this shoot, I wanted to brighten and lighten it up with beautiful natural light studio and a bride with an infectious smile! We had a blast throughout the whole session while vibing to some Ariana Grande and early 2000s R&B!
As a wedding photographer, i’ve recently gotten a ton of interest from my brides about bridal boudoir sessions for gifts for their partners or sometimes even just as a way to boost confidence and treat themselves before their big day! These sessions are so fun and intimate and gets so many women to basque in their beauty and feel like a supermodel! Because these sessions are so intimate though, photographers often can’t share the photos for public marketing. I needed to put together a shoot with a model that was comfortable having these photos out in the world and not just in a pretty album. I hit the jackpot when I found Emilia to model for me! She has such a bright personality and we had the best time shooting together! We were also joined by Susie from Make-Up by Susie who did makeup for Emilia. As the photographer and designer of this shoot, I coordinated Emilia’s look and lingerie outfits using lingerie from Adore Me and BHLDN.
This shoot blew my expectations away and I am so excited to share these with current and future brides! I’ve never had a bride regret doing a boudoir shoot and every single time they shock themselves with how fun and sexy they are!”
