Stephanie & Ellis’ Beach Club Wedding

Stephanie & Ellis’ beach club wedding was a beautiful September day near waters that the couple both love so much! With a color palette of multiple shades of blue, white, and green, it was fabulous for their wedding on the Cape shore. Stephanie’s dress was filled with petite florals, creating an exquisite texture which their cake matched perfectly!

Write-up from the bride: Ellis & I first met on the Connecticut College Varsity Sailing Team back in 2012. We had grown-up as avid sailors – myself, having spent summers sailing on the Cape, and Ellis having done the same just down the coast in Marion, MA. We became very close friends, sailing competitively together for years and getting to know each other with the backdrop of the beautiful New England waters. Even after college we continued to race together when we joined Noroton Yacht Club together with mutual friends which was a convenient location just outside of New York. With 6 years of friendship under our belt, it suddenly became obvious to us (although the thought had never previously crossed our minds) that we were a perfect match! We shared all of the same hobbies, interests, and goals for the future! We officially started dating in 2018, and got engaged in June of 2021. The water is a big piece of who we both are, so getting married along the shore of the Cape had a special meaning to us both.
