McKenna & Peter’s Wedding Celebrations

Multiple day weddings have definitely become more consistent throughout the pandemic & even extending into the time afterwards as it was for McKenna & Peter’s wedding celebrations. This couple embraced the challenge of two wedding days in two different states within 6 days! They handled the replanning with grace and love and you see the result shine through below in these amazing wedding celebrations.

Due to COVID, McKenna & Peter had to split up their gorgeous wedding into two days and two states (since Illinois laws have been much more strict than Iowa’s). Their first celebration was on their original date in July, just with family and a few guests at the gorgeous Catholic Church in Moline, IL that they had initially planned for.. While not everyone could be there to see them become officially “Mr & Mrs,” the bonus was Tilley, their pup, got to join us for a few photos!

Then, just 6 days after saying “I do” on their original wedding date, these two renewed their vows during a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in front of many more friends and family, then got to celebrate with them after – and it was gorgeous! Seriously, these two blew me away at the amount of grace they had while replanning their entire celebration, thanks to COVID.. they managed two wedding days in two different states, and not once did I hear them complain! – Hunter Berry Photography
