A Fashion Forward Wedding Inspiration in Florence

A Fashion Forward Wedding Inspiration in Florence

Artful and oh so chic! This lovely inspiration from Florence turns the fashion forward inspiration to a ten for this wedding editorial and we are in lovee!!

from the photographer: “The incredible couple, Dani and Anastasiya, served as the inspiration for this photo shoot. They currently live in Milan and their modern style and sophistication caught our team’s attention on Instagram. Imagining what their wedding could be like, we set out to capture the essence of these two creative souls.

The bride, Anastasiya, is a florist and photographer, so we paid special attention to our floral arrangements and set design. We opted for a contemporary monochromatic approach in the main bouquet, while also incorporating unique touches for floral decoration with plants such as artichokes, lunaria, and anthuriums.

We’ve been searching for the perfect location to bring our vision to life for a long time, and stumbled upon the newly opened stunning Olive Villa Firenze. With its breathtaking views of Florence, private olive groves, and sleek modern interior design, it set the perfect scene. The ceremony itself took place amidst the olive trees, adorned simply with fabric and subtle floral accents. As a touching gesture, the couple wrote a few heartfelt words to each other on paper, reciting them during the wedding ceremony shoot.

Our stylist curated three distinct morning bridal looks for Anastasiya. The first, a transparent lace SKIMS dress paired with satin slippers, the second, a knit dress for a poolside shoot with Dani, and the third, a more classic ensemble consisting of a silk pajama set and robe for shots in the bridal suite.

For the main bridal look, our stylist Anastasiia collaborated with the Georgian brand ROUVÉLL to create a wedding gown. This masterpiece fused classic elegance with modern accents like a lowered waistline, silk scarf, and silver jewelry. The groom wore a classic black tuxedo paired with a black shirt and a silk pocket square matching the bride’s gown.

For the evening party, the bride changed into a dress by Ukrainian brand HELEN KUZH, featuring voluminous accents. The wedding dinner unfolded on the terrace overlooking Florence, culminating in a traditional Italian wedding cake — a fitting end to a magical day.”
