We are in an entirely new age of “ways you meet your spouse,” and one of my fondest questions to ask any couple is how they met! We’ve gotten everything from “waiting for the elevator, talking about the weather” to “we grew up together” to our next couple, Stacey & Matt: an Alicia Keys fan page. It goes to show that no matter your story, no matter your path, love tends to find you and make small magic of your life.

“Three years ago, Stacey and Matt were married in Matt’s hometown in England. And they have forever cherished this quote, elegantly written by Epoch Design.
Stacey, a Southern California makeup and hair artist, met Matt, an English videographer, online through an Alicia Keys fan page that Matt managed. Matt took a leap of faith to fly across the world to meet Stacey and the rest is history.
For their anniversary session, we went on an adventure out to the Imperial Sand Dunes in Glamis, California. The smooth sand hills rolling for miles set a dramatic backdrop for Stacey and Matt’s glam attire. Stacey looked gorgeous in her blue sequined gown with a cape and Matt was dapper in a classic black tux with a bowtie. Native Poppy’s bouquet with white, pinks, and magenta complemented the jewel tone blue and together the colors popped against the sand. We couldn’t be more thrilled for Stacey and Matt to celebrate their love in such a beautiful way. To many more years!”
